Energizer 7-LED Headlight
The Energizer 7-LED headlight includes four light modes, a pivoting water-resistant head, and a comfortable headband.
7 LEDs with 4 Light Modes
The Energizer 7-LED headlight features six white LEDs and one red LED that together create four different light modes. Access the white light in the form of area, spot, or flood light; alternately turn on the red night vision with the push button switch. The headlight's LEDs provide a maximum output of 58 lumens of bright white light and reach a distance of 30 meters.
Versatile Features
The headlight's water-resistant construction and flexible headband with comfort cushioning make it enjoyable to wear for long stretches of time in tough conditions. The Energizer 7-LED headlight pivots up to 90 degrees to aim light where you need it without removing it entirely.
Powered by Energizer
The Energizer 7-LED headlight is powered by three AAA Energizer Max Alkaline batteries (included) and has a run time of up to 14 hours on the maximum setting. The batteries can be easily replaced by simply removing the headband and accessing the back panel of the head light.

Customer Reviews
Previously, these Energizer lights shown in your eyes and blinded you so that I had to add duct tape to bottom. This one fixed that problem.
Also, they made red the first setting, so that you don't kill your night vision when turning it on.
Highly recommended.
Likes:
Very bright with all LEDs on
Red LED night vision saver (fantastic for use on late night watches!)
Uses regular AAAs
Fairly long battery life
All weight on one side (no battery pack separate from the light itself)
Cheap
Dislikes:
Not as comfortable as many models, especially those designed for backpacking.
When you leave it on for awhile, it still requires you to cycle through all the modes to turn off. My old PrincetonTec and Petzl lights all used a single button push to turn off if you had kept it on one mode for longer than about 30 seconds. Surprisingly, I really miss this feature.
The red light as the first setting is perfect! It let's you have illumination without toasting your retinas in real darkness. And the headband tightens securely about the head, though I've also loosened it and worn it around my waist as a "taillight" while jogging on my country road.
Either way, a great purchase. I also love that it takes batteries I can easily locate in the store. Built tough, this little gem.
